In making menu plans for camping this summer, I found this neat site: Chuck Wagon Diner. I really like how the site organizes its recipes into categories including those made in a pie iron. My mouth is drooling for portabella melts and cherry cream cheese pies. Bet you’ve never heard of a grog cake either! With clever use of foil and cast iron, I am going to see if I can get away without doing dishes for the whole trip!
