I’m hoping for a quiet week to compensate for the craziness last week. Can you believe we’re in November already? I’ll be digging out some more comfort crockpot recipes for the weeks to come. Here’s our plan this week:

Monday–Spaghetti, garlic bread and broccoli
Tuesday–Burgers and Stars & Stripes Cookie Squares (Don’t forget to vote!)
Wednesday–Spinach Quiche (this was a hit last week, and easy to make)
Thursday–Leftovers
Friday–Fish Stew
Saturday–Chicken Tortilla Chowder
Sunday–Out to eat with extended family
