Meal Plan Monday in MA

After camping last weekend, I didn’t get a chance to do the grocery shopping.
So, we’ll make do with frozen food and pantry staples. Here’s our plan…

 Monday: Chicken Teriyaki and mixed veggies

Tuesday: Spaghetti & Green beans

Wednesday: Slow Cooker Ribs

Thursday: Chicken & Rice Stir Fry (leftover chicken from Mon)

Friday: Leftovers or sandwiches

Saturday: Homemade Pizza

Sunday: Roast turkey & holiday fixings (Christmas in July Party!)

I’m responsible for most of the food at Sunday’s Christmas in July event…
Any suggestions on favorite holiday side dishes to prepare?

Oh my goodness I would LOVE LOVE LOVE Christmas in July! For a side dish, take two boxes of regular tapioca and stir in 3 3/4 cups of apple cranberry juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat, stir 2x in 15 minutes. Add can of fruit cocktail and refrigerate. It is such a pretty, delicious fruit salad that is very refreshing. Everyone loves this!
