May 2009 004Success! My adventures in biscotti turned out really nice (see earlier post here). I added 1 tsp of Frangelico with the 1 tsp of vanilla for a slight nutty flavor. I’d probably up the tsp next time. I know it’s not a major breakthrough, but dipping the bottoms in chocolate rather than the ends (like you would a pretzel rod) made them look amazing. I would have gotten a better picture, but they didn’t last long enough. (Bean ate several before even the 2nd trip through the oven.) Yum!
